It was just nice relaxing experience, like a 15 min mini trip to the spa designed for men, the down fall of your competitors in the area has been they started cutting kids of all ages, half the time you went in it was more like a daycare then a place for Men to grab a haircut and feel pampered, if your chain goes down the same path I'll be going elsewhere again.
