I have been going there since it opened and i have not had a bad experience yet, The staff is friendly and they have always done a great job, Its nice that when you show up 3 weeks later they remember who you are as well your not just a number.
All the staff know me and my son very well and know exactly how to cut our hair. I have never had a bad haircut. They are always friendly and we both obviously love the hot towel and scalp massages.

He’s 9, gig the shampoo service which included the hot towel and massage
He told me he loved it so much because she massaged him, used little brush on eyebrows, massaged his eyes, said he almost fell asleep.
He was really pampered.
