The MVP service is great! Whichever stylist is normally a great stylist for me, and it reduces wait time. The app needs work to be better and more accurate, but when it works as it should, its a good app for easy check in. I don't know why there's a high turnaround at the Grande Prairie location, but it would be nice to have more stable stylists. Other than that, I always recommend Sports Clips to my friends and Family.
She is very patient dealing with my 7 yrs old boy. My son has a bit of a trauma because during our stay back home, the barber accidentally clipped his ear. Ever since then he hasn't really been brave enough just yet.

My stylist was very friendly, knowledgeable and organized in taking the effort into welcoming me, then setting me up for a haircut right away. Upon cutting my hair, as well as shampooing and stying, she made me feel very relaxed. I’ve been going back now for the past year and half. All the staff are very professional and awesome. It’s the big reason I keep going back.
