Everything about OTF is great! I love that the classes are all prearranged and ready-to-go. No guess work, or wondering what you should or should not be doing. Just listen to the coaches. They will let you know what to do.
I love that you are able to go at your own pace, and tailor your workout effort to your own fitness level, without feeling as though you are falling behind or not performing as well as everybody else in class.
The coaches care about you individually. They are there to help you succeed at achieving your own personal goals. They will encourage you to do the best that YOU can do, NOT pressure you into doing anything more than you are capable of, or are uncomfortable, doing.
That being said, you should come prepared to work. Because, one of the best aspects of the OTF workout, is that it is always changing and constantly challenging. Even after being a member for years, every class has the potential to kick your a**! (In the best way possible.)

I like that it can be tailored to any fitness level and I like the variety of the workouts! Never the same workout twice! I also like the cardio and strength training aspect that comes with each workout. I like being able to see the results of the workouts and the trainers are so great! They are enthusiastic, encouraging and knowledgeable. I also can't complain about the "after burn"!

I like that it is varied each time. The instructors are informative and supportive. For my first session I felt I was given all the necessary introductions to the equipment and the program and also a tour of the facility.

The workout was fast-paced with a lot of variety but still easy to follow. It was great doing things that I don't normally do when I workout on my own. Although there were some things that were new for me, our instructor did a good job of walking through what we were doing and how to do it right, so I felt confident trying things for the first time.

Kristana was super motivating and made the class really fun - she even included a song for me in her playlist. Even though it was a big class, she was still able to pick up on when I needed a little extra instruction or a reminder to keep the intensity up. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed.

It was cool seeing my numbers on the screen throughout the workout. It helped me recognize when I should be pushing myself harder or when it was okay to let myself bring down the intensity a notch for a moment, catch my breath, and bring my heart rate down a bit.

The coaches are great. The workouts are great. The only issue is this studio has become so busy, which for the company is great, but for the customers it’s frustrating not being able to get a spot. I also think unlimited members should get one class a month where they don’t get charged if they have to cancel late. I get migraines, so I could wake up any morning with one and not be able to go. Because of that, I don’t sign up for classes until the morning of the class. But now with so many people it’s causing me not to be able to get into classes I want to take.
