I love it cause now I don’t get water spots all over my kitchen sink or my bathroom sink. Also I don’t have 20 minutes in each bathroom toilets with a pumice stones. The hard water stain rings are gone. What a difference.

I like the advance notice I get for delivery and the service man that that actually puts the salt inj the water softener when I am here. Being "old" and no arm muscles on one side makes it difficult for me to get it in there when I miss him so I really appreciate that plus they are prompt and professional and they come if I think there is a problem --which is not often. But all the service adds up to appreciation for them.
