Great environment and the instructor was very welcoming. She too the time to pay close attention to each student in the class that helped to make certain that everyone was getting the full benefit from instruction. This was my first experience with the sort of health program and I enjoyed it.

I absolutely love it! I was so hesitant to join because I am not the best at yoga or balance, and some of the people who attend are so incredibly fit. I was worried I might be judged or might not fit in and as soon as I stepped in the door, I had the exact opposite experience. Everyone was so kind and friendly, the instructors are so helpful, and there is absolutely no judgement if you need to modify or take a break.

I miss my teachers that recently left, but I can tell the studio is making strides to replace them and provide a consistent member experience. Big fan of the new buddy pass option.
My only feedback would be to find a way to better enforce the “quiet space” rule in the studio. There’s nothing worse than going to the studio to unwind after a long day and having to listen to chatter about going out last night, who is dating who, complaints, etc in the 10 minutes before class.
I've been attending classes at CorePower for several years and Dan is by far the best instructor I have had the pleasure of practicing with. I, along with two other regular attendees have traveled from Baltimore to Bethesda just for his class and will continue to do so. Next time we'll bring more people! Your Baltimore fans miss you dearly Dan.
