The service provided is very personalized to the student and the group sizes are small and allow the student to get the attention they need. The environment is non-threatening and makes the students much more relaxed and comfortable asking questions they are afraid to ask in school.

My 11 year old daughter started Sylvan in May reading at a low 3. She was tested at school a week ago, and she is now on par with her classmates. Anyone that has any doubts or reservations about whether it is worth the money or if it works believe me it WORKS. The teacher that my daughter Abbey is working with has been able to reach her where none of her teachers in all of her years in school have. I would recommend this place to anyone that is having issues in school. They are amazing.

We like the atmosphere at Sylvan and the one-on-one teaching assistance. Our daughter finds that things are explained to her in a manner that is easy to understand and that the teachers are really great. She is motivated and looks forward to going to her Sylvan classes each week and she is excited to discuss what she has learned after the class. She also enjoys using the iPad for learning. We also appreciate the regular communication that we have with Sylvan to understand her progress and the assessments that help to calibrate her learning plan.
