It’s convenient and the staff is professional and compassionate. Dr. Lender doesn’t make me feel rushed but listens to my concerns and follow through and addresses them.

Front office: Very polite and pleasant. Even when tied up on the phone they let you know you are a priority. You have a great team.
Back office: the MA that roomed me was super nice and quick.
Doctor: the doctor was clear in her explanations and she was also very personable. I didn’t feel rushed, and was still out quickly. I feel like she truly cares and she listens.
Dr. Davis is takes her time with me. I don’t feel rushed, she answers all of my questions. The staff is very friendly.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctor Pinder is a really great physician. He listens, addresses my concerns, and explains the plan behind everything. Even with all that, I feel like my visits aren’t overly long and I never feel like I am just sitting around waiting. This office is run like a well oiled machine and you can tell the staff really cares on top of that.
