The office staff are friendly. Whenever I call for assistance, whether it is for an appointment or a question about my health, I hear back the same day. Dr. Davis is great - she takes her time during my appointment and listens to what I have to say. great place to entrust the care of your health.

Everything!! I take care of my dad his name is Mr. Name removed he was having health issues and I made an appointment with Dr. Pinder but he wasn’t seen because the doctor was not in the office that week so they rescheduled me for the next week and when I got there for some reason there was a discrepancy in the time of the appointment. But they worked so hard to get me in the schedule to see his doctor. The office manager Mrs Fitzgerald (Stacey) along with the staffing made it possible. They talk to Dr. Pinder then he made it happened so my father was able to see him and was able to help him with his issues.p I am so grateful to the doctor and the staff especially Stacy for being proactive and helping Dr. Pinder Patients especially elderly people! It helps me with as a caregiver to give him the best care I can and to have a Doctor that is so caring makes my job a little bit easier so thumbs up for Baptist Primary Care in Oakleaf.
