Very nice
Caring and concerned.
I like that it is a stand-alone building not a strip store store front. Your offices are exceptionally clean and furnished simply. The staff is professional and kind. the office staff gets their work done promptly ie: appointment scheduling; order faxing; etc. Laverne is exceptional when it comes to patient contact explaining things in a simple manner. Dr. Pinder seems very knowledgable and thorough but with a down to earth approach. He identified my needs and then talked with me about options in treatments. Overall, I am very pleased.

Everyone was great. Taking care of you and your needs..as if you were the only patient they had. They're friendly..professional. And Dr. Pinder is absolutely wonderful..even though I've only had a brief encounter. Because I'm moving out of state.

I have always been very impressed with this particular Baptist Primary Care Center, mainly because they are very fast and efficient. When you enter there is always someone to check you in. Then you go the the back exam rooms that are always clean and fresh, there is someone to check your vitals and ask you a few health questions, within 10-15 minutes there is a doctor that comes to listen to your health issues that brought you to the ER. The doctors are awesome and know exactly what is needed to make you feel at ease. So many times you write these reviews and things change like someone wants to hear what is wrong to make it a better place but with this ER I wouldn't change a thing the staff is excellent, its a quick visit, and I have always left feeling better that when entered, They care and that makes all the difference. Thank you

Dr Crystal Davis and staff at the Oakleaf PC office are always welcoming, helpful and efficient.
Dr Davis was very caring, friendly, and took her time with me. The office staff and MA’s were also very nice.
