You would like to hear from my wife in reference to her the last office visit at a Baptist medical facility. Well our last office visit for First name removed was with Dr. Pender on 7/11/23 her primary care physician. In response to the question - "What do you like about our office?" - as provided by her husband is as follows:
1. Peasant greeting with a smile from the receptionist for a 9:00 am appointment.
2. Location being approximately two miles home
3. Prompt time being waited on by medical assistant and Dr. Pender.
4. The answers provided in response to questions and concerns made to medical assistant and Dr. Pender.
Location convenience, when I call I reach a person more than 90 % of the time and this is huge. Typically I can get an appointment that suits my work hours.

My Dr effectively listens to me and continues to pursue other options if one treatment doesn’t work.
She doesn’t overbook so I am not kept waiting long if am not seen at appointment time. Nurse and staff are pleasant .
The service is fast and friendly, the doctor listens to you as a patient and knowledgeable also .The office is clean and you get in and out and don't have spend alot of time waiting
