Staff are very responsible. Respectful. Schedule always on time, no waiting time. My primary health provider explains everything on my visits ie medications, lab results, etc. Patient Portal easy to access and very helpful.
Doctor Todd Pinder and his staff are very polite and have a concern for your health, I have 3 irritants about doctors and their staff: {1} manners, {2} on time, {3} this one has definitely become worse over the past years - I have an appointment with a doctor; why is it the Medical Assistant, or nurse and in some cases the doctor ask the question "why are you here" ? It’s conveniently located and is close to the ER where we have our bloodwork done. It also provides for virtual appointments when coming in is not feasible. The doctors are efficient and are personable. I’ve never spent long waiting periods in the office to see the doctor.

It is close to my residence, it always smells clean and the employees always greet you with a smile, are courteous and helpful. I am able to speak with a real person when I call the office. When I relayed my issue, I was given the first available appointment and I was told they would call back to reschedule if there were any cancellations. I was called back the same day and was able to get an appointment within 2 days instead of a week later. It made me feel important and it made me smile to know they cared enough about me and my concerns to give me the opportunity to come in sooner. Thank you.
