Proximity to home. Small, efficient, cordial office. Dr. Pinder sticks closely to his appointment times, like my military doctors did.

My last civilian doctor was beyond horrible at meeting his appointment times. Every visit with Dr. Fetchero, toward the end of my term with him, was an "oh I had an emergency patient earlier this morning." Time after time, he'd be 1 or 2 hours late seeing me. Not happening with Dr. Pinder, thanks to God.
