Tutors are available, variety of tutor days, flexible with schedules, they do not cancel your session-always have enough tutors. I do not recommend Mequon Knowledge because they are only set up for older kids who are taking act/sat and they cancel all the time because they don't have enough tutors. I wish there was a Sylvan in Ozaukee County, because taking time out of an active boys schedule is sometimes hard with rush hour traffic to get there.

Flexible scheduling. When there isn't a good teacher-student match, Sylvan is quick responding and willing to make changes. Math support has been working well for my daughter and ACT prep helped my son boost his score 4 points from practice test to real test.
The teachers (especially Jodie) work well with my son--he has been struggling with Algebra badly this whole year, and the turnaround in just a month or so has been amazing. I also love how Kathie has worked to change things around to accommodate schedule requests several times.
You are always willing to work with us to get in for a tutoring session. The Tutoring has really helped with the grades as well.

My kids love the teachers and have commented that if they do not understand something, instead of just repeating themselves the teachers will come up with a new way to explain it. My son was initially hesitant to participate and then he asked to go back!

You are flexible with schedules - able to switch around the schedule to meet our busy families' needs. If we are unable to make a session you don't charge us. You lose money in the short money but in the long run, you kept us as a customer. The teachers are great. My son gets a lot out of each session and feels like he is respected as a person. You are also flexible with my son's learning needs. When we expressed concern about him entering an honrs math class you were able to obain he textbook for the class and had a different teacher available to work with hi.
