I like having a program that is tailor made for me and my fitness priorities.
James is great, but there's not enough staff in the evenings to be flexible in scheduling. I'm stuck at a day/time I really wish I could change.

The trainers are fantastic!
The small groups!!! It’s so much better than trying to figure out what to do at a gym by yourself. Having a trainer there to teach you what to do and then motivate and encourage you too is amazing!!!!!
The trainers are so knowledgeable. They ask me each session how I am feeling and if I have any soreness or pain in case adjustments are needed to my the exercises. They are fun and easy to talk to. I look forward to each session.
I've been a client who has needed help reestablishing an exercise routine due to procrastination and also due to surgery and chemotherapy. I've gotten customized training each time with proper form, and suited to my current needs. I always leave feeling positive and having learned something. My training here has been invaluable to my sense of purpose and well-being.

My trainer is great, Sarah. She changed up my program to work on strength and cardio. I like that she added a 5 minute all out cardio on the rower in the middle of my workout. Just so you know, I’m 71 and love working hard to gain strength. The trainers can make the difference.
The one on one training is good for right now it' s what need.
The trainers can modify/tailor all your exercises to your health issues.
Everything from the times that I am scheduled to the trainers. The trainers watch your movements to let you know that you are doing the exercises correctly.
They are knowledgeable and will adjust your exercises accordingly.

The small groups are amazing!! I work out in the evening so I always have trainer James Fayne! He’s my favorite. He looks out for us and makes sure we do the exercises properly so we stay safe. He encourages us to keep going even when we want to quit. He’s excellent and I highly recommend
