The entire TruGreen Team - John Unorski, Ike Vinson, Noele Carter, Mary Evans, and Donna Thomas - have been wonderful; very responsive; they do an excellent job explaining issues and how to treat them. I would recommend them to others and do.
Only issue I have is the billing receipts do not have a service address on them, which makes it difficult to track the services & payments.
They do a good job. I have been a customer for about 40 years. However, they keep increasing the rate. My bill was 66.?? last year and now increased to $70. can't keep paying more and more for treatments. I realize prices have gone up everywhere but I am now 87yrs. old and on an income which I have to pay many things each month. The lawn is looking great! We've been very impressed with the level of service and communication. We also find the technicians to be very professional. Our technician this morning, Anthony Orischak, did a great job.
I chatted with the tech, Glenn Womble, for a few minutes prior to the start of the application. The told me what he was going to do and began the service as I walked away. He was professional; in his demeaner and completed the task quickly.
Glenn Womble was great to deal with. We walked the property and went through the fertilization of our trees and shrubs and he was very helpful and answered any questions that I had.
You had made a mistake and were not going to fertilize my loan, however, the tech was able to remedy the mistake and was able to perform both the lime and the fertilization in the same visit.
