Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Calvin Harris, technician. He was exemplary for the following reasons: very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Mr. Harris took time to walk the entire lawn in order to explain elements of my grass and how best to care for it after today's application. If at all possible, I would like to have Mr. Harris as my routine technician.
