Process for killing weeds was great.

Never had a problem rescheduling due to my yard holding water after heavy rains. Always on time within their time window . Today I had Dorian Beckwith spray my lawn. Very polite and knowledgeable. Hope to get Dorian again for my next application.

My lawn always looks great. I've never had any other company do as good of a job.

Today (4/22/2024) Christian was here to do the "Tree & Shrub Insect/Disease Control" service and was a great help in explaining everything that he was going to do and why. I had some concerns about my dog being exposed to some of the insecticides so we both came up with a good idea on how to segregate a section of the yard that wouldn't be sprayed so my dog would be safe. I really appreciated Christian's help with this and I felt he was just as concerned for my dog's safety as I was. Thank you Christian!

We have St Augustin grass. last year we believe someone treated it as a fescue grass and applied the wrong solution. We almost lost the Augustin. I have spoken to someone at your company about this an hope this year our lawn will be treated as the warm weather grass it is.

Also in the front a little more could be done about the weeds. the back only has a few places where the weeds are a problem.

I had a few concerns about the hydrangeas in my flowerbeds. I sent Anatavious A a message through the TruGreen app about them. When he arrived at my house, and after he completed the service, he knocked on my door to discuss the concerns. I wasn't home so Anatavious A called me to let me know he received the message and what to expect after his application. I was very appreciative of him taking the time to make that phone call. I am happy to have someone with knowledge and experience taking care of my flowers. Thank you!

I like the convenience of scheduled services.

Benjamin was very professional and friendly. He made sure he knew our property lines and he made sure that he used the side gate to not risk the hose or chemicals getting into our pool. He took the time to discuss our yard's conditions and let is know what to expect after our treatment.
