I do have a comment about my service dates. I have two homes/accounts that get sprayed, and it continually boggles my mind that you send the same person out on different days. I set up the accounts on the same day and they get the same service and it’s the same driver. In an effort to save on gas, wouldn’t it make sense that you provide the services to both addresses on the same day? I brought this up last year too. I don’t want to tell you how to run your business, but this has never made sense to me. Thanks for listening.

TruGreen keeps my lawn looking good. The service is reliable and the communication is good. I have been a customer for years and I am very satisfied.

Ms. Princess has completely resolved overcharged amount of $ 89 to $ 39 as the regular charge once a month because I was shocked to receive the way far charge for the first time after my order on the onece a month as the regular service of $ 39 without any additional service.

I am very happy with the Ms. Princess's assistance after third time calling to correct the bill amount right.

I hope you need the service once a month at the end of every month up to September of 2024 with the $ 39 basis.
I do not want to any mischarge or overcharge from now on to make it sure with no mistake.
Thank you again for the suppor by Ms. Pricess, not other two associates to respond yes but to fail to correct, which is bad and poor quaility witht the lack of English communication skill.

The service is great. Although I am disappointed with the last technician that came out to my house. He was there literally less than 5 mins. Not sure if he even covered everything he was supposed to. This is the first time I encountered this.
