I just wanted to take a minute to provide some feedback about my TruGreen specialist Romulo Banos. Since arriving in Florida I have had TruGreen taking care of my trees and shrubs. The first specialist I met was Romulo and he was so kind and helpful and walked all over the property with me and listened to my concerns about each tree and shrub. Being unfamiliar with the Florida flora I had quite a few questions and he patiently answered them. He reassured me that he could help the struggling ones and keep the healthy one healthy. He was right! Everything is flourishing, even those I was sure would not survive. But beyond the health of my plants, I just love interacting with Romulo, he is friendly, pleasant to talk to, and helpful and knowledgable about what my plants need. He has advised me on how to help the plants myself as well. At times other technicians have serviced my property but I never found them as engaging and helpful to interact with as Romulo. Romulo is professional yet approachable and he is the reason I re-subscribed for this year. One more thing, his appearance is always professional and it is evident that he takes great pride in his work. You have a good one in Romulo!
