Everything. Love the fact that I can be in the back yard and not be eaten alive by bugs. My shrubs and trees grow thick and health. My grass needs a bit of work but it's looking better than the last two years. Can you please have John tell my Aunty Barbara not to over water the grass. Tell her to water the annuals without turning on the spinkler.

However, Yes, we have dog poo in our backyard...but she didnt have to scrap off her shoe right in the middle of the first step entering our front door...she left the poo on the walkway as well....
Not happy with that...she could have cleaned off the bottom of her shoe somewhere else maybe on the curb to the street...i have taken a photo of this in case you would like to see the mess I have to clean up now..... Not happy

The ease of speaking to someone in customer service. I just called and switched my plan to natural so as not to put any chemicals into the ground. Your representative Vanessa was very kind and informative about which plan would be good for my home. The service tech Julius who came the first treatment day was very professional, courteous and readily answered any questions I had at the moment. So far (and I am a very new customer) I have been quite pleased with the service your company provides.
My lawn improved visibility within the first few applications. I only wish TruGreen offered full lawn care services like mowing, edging, flowerbed maintenance, etc.

I ddo not have to do anything
Anna Kusi and now John Grossnickle (Tech) are the reasons why I am still a customer. Anna is always proactively seeking feedback on my services and my level of satisfaction. Unfortunately, since the merger, my lawn has been damaged each year due to previous Techs. Anna has never stopped communicating with me about this and resolutions. Previous Techs were nightmares but now with John Grossnickle as my Tech I believe I will stay a customer. He took the time to see what had happened, talked about what needs to be done, and how I can help the process. Finally, a Tech that doesn't just apply and leave. I felt a general care for my lawn since Scotts!!
You are interested in hearing what customers say and are willing to correct any problems that arise. I have been with Trugreen since last year. My lawn still has many weeds but I am hoping to see improvement over time.
