They completed an aeration on my entire lawn last fall and I was thoroughly pleased. Since I am a septuagenarian, the manager assisted his two employees in spreading and seeding soil deficient areas in both the front and side areas. This was over and above the necessary and I was truly grateful because I have a bulging disk.

The job the worker do on my lawn get me compliments on how great my lawn looks. They contact us that they are coming the day or so before and if our lawn is not ready for treatment we call and change the date they are coming, and have never had any issues changing the date of treatment.
I like that they send the same person every time there is a treatment, because that person has taken the time to talk to us and knows our lawn and any concerns that we may have. They then take care of our service covering our whole lawn, not missing spots (because we would know).
We have had to deal with some issues in the past but they have always been satisfactorily settled. Sometimes difficult to connect through the main office but calls to supervisor(s) has rectified concerns.
