Your company has a very friendly staff who always try to do the best for their customer. If I have a question, I do get a response. I am notified of when services will be done and the time/ I am also told when it is not necessary to be there which is so helpful as there are busy days...
I get notes in my mailbox from the technicians/people doing the service who stop by. The notes explain what was done and many times there are pamphlets or notes suggesting what I may do to also help keep the lawn great. We are encouraged to ask questions if we are still unsure. I trust TRUGREEN for my front and backyard lawns. I am a happy customer.

We like that you services are scheduled and can be completed whether we are home or not. After two years of service your company has saved our lawn. When we contacted you in the spring of 2017 our lawn must have had a grub infection because the spring raking just removed clumps of sod. And I had no idea where or even how to start repairing it.
That summer all your services and the grub treatment you applied before fall,helped our lawn back to a healthy and strong state. And our yard continues on looking great.
