Come automatically. No fuss fo me. I hate the sign on the yard, but I understand that it is a requirement. Lawn does look better than last year (this is our first year with you). Very few obvious weeds - a few weeds on front of front yard on edges... I pulled them by hand.

Technicians are considerate. Always close the gate, never leave debris, always warn us if pets or children should be kept off the lawn. And our lawn looks good.
The service is expensive, but worth it.
Everyone is very pleasant and very obliging too. The only one that l do not like is one guy who l find he was obnoxious to say the least. I had been with you guys for so long and l have neighbours walking by and complimenting of my lovely green lawn.. I am very happy to see the result too.
