Service is provided on a regular basis without any involvement on my part. So once it is set up for the year it is all automatic. Also when I bring your attention to a weed problem someone is here to deal with it usually within 2 days. So the service is good. Also I appreciate the written report that is left in the mail box after each visit telling me what has been done.

We did express our concerns over last year's care of our lawn, espe. the back lawn where we weren't satisfied the way your tech assigned to us at that time over some black and bare spots
plus the way fertilizer or anti-weed was applied rather haphazardly as noticed by my wife.

Then your office called and sent someone from your office to assess the problem. He promised that he would see to it that the problem was resolved asap. He suggested a programme that we finally agreed to. We're satisfied with Ashley, your tech, as she was courteous and spoke with us about the treatment.

Our lawn is mowed on a Thursday or Friday as the lawn cutting company has that schedule in our area. We informed your office that any lawn treatment (fertilizer, anti weed or grub control, etc.) is to done earlier on a Monday or Tuesday, as the case may be.

We also request that your tech leave a message on our phone recorder the day before the lawn treatment so we can unlock both gates to the back garden.

We like having the same service person. Feel we can rely on him.
But.....
I don't like being pressured by sales person on needing additional lawn treatments. These calls start at the beginning of the season and happen once or twice more through season. I don't have the time or energy to fight off these aggressive sales people.
