I like being advised when your technician is coming but question if automated call are the best way to let customers know. There are so many automated telemarketing calls. We hang up on these calls the minute we hear dead air or that robotic voice. If we don't hang up on you and we want to change the date your technician is coming for various reasons we don't always pick up on the phone number to call and request a different date. Suggestion ask customer how they/or if they want to be notified when their next service call will be. Another suggestion how do you want to be notified email, robo call, text. I'm a pretty happy customer with your service and like to be notified when the technician is coming and like to speak with them to know what application they are doing and to ensure they know what is my property as I often see an area beside the shed that they miss. I do realize that Covid had removed allot of personal contact. Thanks for asking
