TruGreen is very professional and friendly to deal with. Our lawn was in dire need of help as the last company we used only made the lawn worse than it was before. We have people now commenting how nice the lawn is and we always tell them TruGreen treats it. Glen is fantastic and explains how we can rectify certain issues In the lawn. Always a pleasure to see him on his visits and to answer any questions we may have.

I have had very good service over the years from TruGreen however this year we had a severe problem with weeds. I therefore called TruGreen and complained. They rectified the problem and I am now satisfied.
I was told by your rep. that the cause was attributed to the abnormal amount of rain we have experienced this summer.

You do what you say you're going to do, when you said you're going to do it.
Your people are courteous and (per my request) always let me know 24 hrs before they're coming to treat my lawn.
Up-selling is to be expected and I'm not really interested in additional services, but you're not obnoxious about it, which I also appreciate.
Also: the lawn looks fantastic. Way better than I could have expected considering the "Before" picture.

I do have a question , I have a lot of crab grass at both homes. I cut in different patterns as you suggest and not too short?? One property the grass has made a great improvement the other is slower
