What I like about TrUGreen is the dedication that each staff member has into their satisfaction for each customer.. My favourite staff member is JOHN,,, from the Ottawa Office Field Worker....
MIKE who is the Manager of the Ottawa Ontario Office certainly takes quite interaction of His job but mostly keeping watch with much interest of how His staff is handling their everyday interest in & out on the road with each of their clients...
In closing I would like to say that with the being a customer I am very happy to be a customer with TruGreen and hope for much more pleasantness being a customer for many more Years....

I really like the friendly, patient guy who takes care of my lawn and answers all questions and who will happily spray weeds " over there " when asked. P.S: I wonder why it's always a young man, never a young gal ?? Just wondering.

I am pleased with the outcome of my lawn over the years. I especially like that it is the same person each year that works with me to look after my lawn. This gentleman (Mike) I believe is an asset to your company. He is courteous, calls the day before to let me know he is coming and ensures my gate is closed so my dog cannot get out of the yard. Also if TruGreen prices continue to be competitive I will continue to use your company.
