They call the day before and all the people who come are friendly and do a good job. Have two neighbors who have a great deal of weeds and see I don't. Would have given a 10 but I still find unless I see the person administering the weed killer they do not spray right against the rocks of sidewalk, so I still end up getting weeds there. Other then that the staff that come here are great.
The guys who come out to do the work are very good. They answer any questions you may have.

TruGreen is professional and efficient. I appreciate that I get a notification phone call before the arrival date. My lawn looks beautiful. My neighbours on either side of me have lawns covered in dandelions. My lawn is lush and green with no weeds.
