Darian McCray, the specialist who performed the tree & shrub service, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he would do for the service, what shrubs would be impacted. I appreciate his service and his help. He said he remembered being at my property before and was familiar with the surroundings (including my cat). I appreciate that.
No complaints here. Service is always consistent no matter how extreme the weather can be. When I see the Trugreen truck arrive at my residence, it means the technician will soon knock at my door and explain briefly what is to done and any follow-up care if needed. I appreciate the technician asking for my input and any questions that I may have. Further, I have not received any violation letters from my neighborhood association regarding my lawn since I have been a Trugreen customer.
Great customer service. Thank you Ms. Honna Reimer. Such a pleasure to speak with someone who is cheerful and friendly and apparently enjoys their job. Never leave reviews but she is exceptional, definately a keeper!

Keeping weeds under control and getting the yard to grow in thicker. Always seem to get in and out without any issues. Chris is always very helpful when i am paying my bill.

Communication is a very big part of what i do. TruGreen (thanks to Christine) has made this easy for me. Ive had excellent communication with technicians Lee and Josh along with Scott Hamby and Nate. I cannot say enough good things about Christine. She IMO is the straw that stirs the drink.
The Specialist who handles my account, Wesley, is just a great guy and asked questions when he wasn't sure about an area of the yard to be serviced. Made sure I was pleased with the results and asked me if I had any questions for him. He is friendly, polite and a great representation of your Brand! Please keep him on my account if you can!

I have wanted to complement this gentleman on many occasions that he has serviced our yard, since Tameka from customer service, who i might add is amazing, got me into the website, I can now do this. Zafar Mehkri is so through in his lawn application, he never rushes and makes sure he always comes to the door. You can tell he takes great pride in his work to make peoples yard as healthy as possible.
