My technician Randall Powell really loves taking care of people's lawns! He always leaves me lots of helpful information in the What I Noticed & What I Recommend sections of the receipt. He also knocks on my door to let me know he's there, and he points out issues to me. Very helpful!

I don’t have to worry about having a nice green lawn during Spring and Summer months, or a weed infested, patched lawn during Winter and Fall when the lawn is dormant.

Today the specialist, Ross Blake, was pleasant, energetic, courteous and very helpful. He rang the doorbell to let me know of his visit. He performed his routine treatment and checked my shrubs for potential problems. Very nice guy.

TruGreen technician Kyle Ricks is very professional and does a great job in servicing my entire lawn that I pay for. My lawn looks good. He serviced the lawn on Wednesday 3/28/2018. I will contact TruGreen to have an extra spray for crabgrass. Kyle sprayed it good, but some new ones is trying to grow. I want to stop them in infancy stage. Otherwise all is good. Thank you.

The specialist who came to my house Micah Folsom was so professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to knock when he arrived and walked me through what he would be doing and if I had any questions. My yard stay weed free. If I spot weed between my treatments. I call for a service and always receive a quick response. Weather permitting.

Yusef Traylor was a great representative for your company. He ranged the bell introduced himself and proceeded to do a great job. He gave me a couple of pointers to get my lawn looking great which I really appreciated. Both visits so far have been a ten which I hope continues.

You make my lawn look great! You let me know ahead of time when you are coming and you arrive when you say you will.

Today we had Carlos and Theo in for our spring aeration. They were very personable, courteous and kind. And... to top things off... did an excellent, thorough job. I would like those two for our ongoing lawn care with TruGreen if possible.

One question about the billing. I thought we had agreed on a price of $96.00 for the aeration since we contracted both the fall and spring applications last year and paid up front??

Routine schedule without my having to call. My specialist is very nice, explains problems and addresses my concerns. Lawn always looks good and I receive compliments from my neighbors.

Service began promptly after initiating an account. Lamar Cofield, who set up my account, was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating in addressing my concerns.

The service technician, Patrick Walker, was very personable and took the time to answer my questions at the time of service. He knocked on my door, which startled me at first because I wasn't expecting anyone that early in the morning, but I was pleased to see him treating my yard.

I appreciate the little signs in the yard indicating treatment and the detailed write-up explaining what was done that morning. I also like the recommendations for what I should do within a few days and later in the year.

I am looking forward to future applications and the benefits of this service. I've been wanting to do something to beautify my yard for a while now and I feel good in taking this first step.
