You do an excellent job. I have been with you for years but this year I have stated several times that I did not want the service this year due to financial concerns.
The last time I went on and paid the bill anyway and told the nice lady that called PLEASE stop the service and I also told the guy that was getting reading to do an application a couple of months ago.
I pay my bills, that is why I stopped the service because I was no longer able to. The last two applications I will not pay for, I gave sufficient notice and I am sorry about this situation.
