The service techs that have been to our home are very nice people. Our lawn last year looked great. Still some trouble spots with weeds but that is our fault because we haven't called them back.

Very simple. I like Troy. I just prepaid for another year only because Troy is my guy. He checks in with me, keeps me informed on when he's coming and what he's doing, and always ensures I get my money's worth. Most importantly, he treats and is committed to my yard as if it were his own. A rare tech quality in my experience with this business. My yard was resurrected and is now one I'm very proud of directly because of Troy's expertise and efforts. I want to thank the local leadership of TruGreen for allowing Troy to service my yard. I've been with Trugreen for 3 years and I am pleased with the results. My lawn is healthier and weed free. My service rep. is Dean S. He is always polite and professional. He takes the time to explain what is going on with my lawn and he is very knowledgeable. The only recommendation I would like to make is about the phone call I receive to alert me about an upcoming treatment. Currently I receive a 24 hour notice I would prefer, at least, a 48 hour notice. The reason is, that in the summer when my lawn requires mowing I like to have it cut when Dean applies a treatment. The extra notice allows me to get it cut.
