I wanted to commend one of your specialists who is only 3 months into his job. Jeffrey Anderson of branch #5268 handled himself in a most professional manner even after my dog bit him. I am so impressed at how he handled the situation ~ calling and leaving a message, talking to me about it once I called him back. He was nothing short of gracious and professional. You have a real good man on your hands. I am so appreciative of his attitude and wanted you to know what an excellent representative he was/is for Trugreen.

Michael Peterson is doing a great job! He knocked on the door and spoke to me on his first visit and left a note that he tried today as well, but I was not home. Very friendly and asked if there was anything we noticed. He obviously goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!

The only suggestion for future improvement:
1. After Tim finished the job and he knocked our front door to want to discuss if we have any concerns or needs other assistance for the yard. We knew he has been courtesy to engage the customers for checking any assistance for any other our yard need. But we just always busy during the day time in house "office" and busy in our important international business conference call, so We would like Trugreen not to ask your staff to knock our door for any yard related plan discussion after the job done.

Tim of branch 5268 has been provided good services to our yard but we just dont want to answer the door while we are busy.

Linwood Sutton is the consument professional. Easy to talk to and explain needs.

Very friendly and professional service. This is the first treatment, so we will see the results in about two weeks. Miguel Cruces applied preemergent crabgrass control and broadleaf control.

The shrub service has noticeably improved the foliage on our property. Plants are happy and thriving.

Great explanation and customer service from Zach.

This the first time we have used TruGreen. I walked outside to meet the service tech. He had on rubber gloves. He came right up to me, took off his glove and gave me a handshake and proceeded to explain to me what he was going to do. I could tell he liked his job and was very enthusiastic.

i like that the technician knocks on the door to speak to you. My tree and shrub service technician mentioned that you do mosquito spraying as well as other services. He was very accomodating and asked me several times if i had any questions about the services that he had performed.

Hi I am so pleased with my lawncare guy Keith James, he did a wonderful job in explaining to me what the chemicals he was using would benefit. He gave explicit details of the different insects it would kill and keep my lawn free of bugs. I really appreciate him. He really knows the brand.

The results have been very good. This is the best measurement for me.

A few suggestions for next service:

1 Today, April-17-2018, the service crew drove your big company truck up to my steep drive in front of my garage door and then did a very "tight" turn around - My wife was worrying so much about it may hit her van and our garage door. The service man should have parked at street like it always did.

2. He spreaded the treatment with our granddaughter's small plastic tricycle parked at back yard lawn without bothering to move it a feet away to try prevent it may be spread on it.

3.your crew knocked our front door trying to talk/discuss with my wife about "service program". We already repaid the whole year services. My wife is not wanting to be bothered and asked to discuss any plan or service program. We don't want this type "solicit" inquiring from a field service man. They came to my house please just do their job not other soliciting action or knocking our door for any reason.
4. Most of service men did a fantastic job for the last several years for our yard. We have a wonderful yard now thanks to their hardwok.
5. By no means this review from your loyal customers is to give them the low customer review, But above three complaints were not ever happened before - Especially the Trugreen truck drove all the way up to my driveway in front of and block my garage door. I demand this will not ever happen again. Also please not knock our door if there is no urgent need. Please move our child' toys if possible if its on the back yard. I know they don't have (require) to do so but just being a good customers service. Do a little favor to prevent my granddaughters tyicicle to be spreaded- its a good thing to do your customer.

The guy that sprayed, really gave us personal attention for our yard ,, my children play in the back yard an it is open,, I appreciate the good job of making sure we were happy,, thanks for good service,,
