I just wanted to let you know that another fine year has gone by with True Green and its predecessor Scotts Lawn Service. Furthermore, Victor Abernathy is fantastic and I look forward to having him as my long specialist next year as well. Sometimes, I'm unable to fill out this survey because of traveling demands and more lately, issues with my internet service. Nevertheless, I would like to personally commend Victor for a job well done. That being said, please accept any "retroactive" commendations as well.

Since I've been using the TruGreen lawn service, I've noticed a reduction in weed growth and a promotion in health grass. I'm interested in seeing how far my lawn can go with another year of service. My technicians were great and the one time I was home during the service, Victor explained every step in detail while giving great advice on how to keep my lawn flourishing in the future!

Your service is extremely good. However, I am not satisfied with weed treatment. This year has been the worst. You come back and treat it. But the results have NOT been that good. It could be weed identification or the solution has been diluted in order to cut costs.
Victor Abernathy is very personable. He took the time to talk to me about what he did and how it will benefit the lawn. He made sure to give me a time frame as to when I could let my fur babies out into the yard. They are very important to me and he seemed to understand that. I appreciate the extra effort he gave me on the first visit.

I liked the professional service of Roderick Roberts (65281)> He always make certain he speak with me and explain the treatment he is applying before it is applied. When he finish the application he show me the areas he applied the treatment to.
