One time and do a throw job; however, information is not passed on as to how to open my unlocked back get for service.

My front lawn looks great but back and left side of house looks neglected.

I do hope we can get a handle on that.

Miguel Cruces was my technician today, and he was extremely polite and informed me re: the applications he would be applying. TruGreen's service has been outstanding for my lawn needs, and I appreciated Miguel's professionalism and his work.

Very satisfied with our Lime treatment today. Travis Scott the Lawn Care specialist (83746) from Branch 5268, was thorough in his care of our yard. I would say we are fortunate to have him caring for our property.

I like that my technician communicates with me. Rings the doorbell to let me know he is here and asks if I have any questions or need any other services. If I happen to be napping, Hubs or son will thank him and tell him we are doing fine.

This is a good practice for all of your technicians because sometimes there is a little spot where the weeds seem to want to grow abundantly but maybe is not obvious. This gives me the opportunity to tell him.
