My service technician, Rodnick R (Branch # 5268) does a great job. I appreciate how takes time to say hello, makes me feel like a valued customer of Trugreen and makes sure I understand what he is working on that day. I feel he respects my property. The main reason why I continue my service with Trugreen is b/c of his attitude and professionalism with the customers' lawns he takes care of.

They were simple and fast and the worker explained everything at a pace that wasn't to fast or slow. They explained what was going to happen over time instead of telling us what would happen right now and i really appreciated it

William Courtney was the technician today who aerated our lawn. He was very friendly and helpful. We preferred he use the handheld machine, and he obliged. He also offered suggestions on how to improve growth in certain areas of our lawn, and answered several of my questions since this was the first time we had our bermuda sod lawn areated. We are also now pleased with the app that showed us how close he was to our home this morning before he arrived. This is a great feature. The only reason we rated overall services in general a 9 instead of a 10 is that we were on the schedule last week with another technician for aeration service which did not occur, and at that time, did not have the app, so not sure what was going on after several phone calls to customer service. We were happy today, however, that we were second on William's schedule.

I like the aeration service.

I like receiving notification of upcoming services to be performed, receiving a description of what was done on the day of services, and being able to speak with knowledgeable Lawn Care Specialists about questions I have.

Zach Lowry came out to our house on 5/10 to treat our lawn. I was home and Zach walked me around the property to explain what he was seeing and the work he was doing. He also explained some of the "weed grass" that we have growing around our front lawn and that it would start to die off as the weather warmed up and the lawn was mowed. We've recently relocated from Houston where the grass I'm used to is very different and warm season grass was not something I'd been accustomed to. After a pretty lousy experience with Weed Man, it was great to have Zach spend some time with me to understand our lawn.

Pleasant to work with. Polite and listen to my needs with my yard work.

Zach L did great job today. I'm typically not home when specialist arrives but just happened to be here today. Zach was patient as I asked him multiple questions and is very knowledgeable. Awesome service Zach!!!

Dependability, follow-up, available services

The right side of my house (South) still has a lot of weeds after the treatment and I have to pull them off manually every week. Please treat this area on the next scheduled service.
