What I like about your service is the TruGreen Lawn Care Specialist name BRANDON K. (Branch #5267). He was so knowledgeable of the service and gave me some very important information on how to manage my lawn from watering to cutting.
He really showed me that he love what he does and that his customers are happy with the services that he provides with TruGreen.

I received my third application (I think) on today (3/14/2019) and the service was excellent. The professionalism displayed by Specialists (Darren Righteous & Clarence Banks) were second to none. They performed my application in a very professional manner and I am pleased with the customer service. I was notified prior to the visit, notified the day of scheduled visit with an estimated time (which they arrived on time), how, what, where and the how. Also, I was notified upon their completion of work.
I am well satisfied and pleased with these two specialists. I would prefer them on each of my remaining application visits. They know my yard and I am well pleased with how my yard looks and reacting. I asked them how many of applications I had remaining and they knew actually how many were remaining and what type of applications that had already been applied. I am very impressed with these two specialists and the services rendered.
