I want you all to know at first it seen to be a bumpy ride with weed. Now looking at my lawn on yesterday when my yard man cut my grass. I can see my grass is getting thicker, greener and I can see its getting healthy. And my Trugreen Tech Tedric Gordon is the Bombdiggy.. I can see him in my yard on my cameras. When I get a text from all that he's on the way, he comes right in and start working. He's prompt and to the point...Don't waste no time. He is very Professional, very attentive he seems to really know what he's doing. He's thorough and I can see the different now. I'm Happy and Pleased now.... Thank U and Keep up the great work. My neighbors even looking at my lawn too.

These services are timely, payment easy and results undeniable. I have never seen my lawn healthier, greener and more plush!! Guests says it feels like carpeting. Definately worth the expense. Thanks TruGreen!!!
I like the service reminders. I do not like the fact that even through there is sign in my yard, I am never sure the service was actually performed.I personally witnessed the service person sat in the truck, write up the invoice, then hang it on my door and drive off. 99% of the time I am at home when the service is due, yet I get a invoice that says "I knocked on your door". Unless I can actually see where there is fertilizer or seeds in the yard, I can't really tell if any service has been performed. Yet the service cost for my lawn from the time I have had TruGreen has gone from $52.00 to $81.00. To be perfectly honest, I am seriously considering dropping this service.

I met him at my front door this morning and walked outside for introductions and to ask some questions about lawn care. Addrick was very knowledgeable about the True Green/Scotts products and how these products would affect the growth of my lawn. He advised me on ways to treat problematic areas in my yard as well as educated as to protecting and caring for my lawn going forward. Addrick was personable with a very kind demeanor. They give great feedback on what I should do to maintain a healthy lawn. I hope all your employees are as great as they are. They took the extra today to wait a few minutes for me to get home for my service because I forgot to unlock the gate for entrance

the lawn looks much better. although the last person threw fertilizer all over my drive way and patio which I had to use my blower to get rid of.
The products used worked better than those I could have purchased giving great results.
I inquired about some of the weeds in my yard, they had some out with in 48 hours, it seems to be working.
Brandon is alway so friendly. I am very particular about my lawn and dont like when others come out because they dont know that we have two different types of grass in front and back, Brandon does.
