My specialist Darren Righteous always come when my service call notify that he will be there if the weather permits. The flags are always placed in my yard and his service care is printed and on my door. If I am home when Darren service the yard and have questions, he takes the time to answer my questions concerning the lawn care to my satisfaction.

Darren R. kept me appraised of the time I could expect his arrival. I did receive several changes to the arrival time frame, but I did know of the changes in arrival time. When he arrived, I explained my concerns about the "over" abundance of weed that I have in my yard, I believe because the last two applications were "spot" appliance for the "broad leafs or fertilizer only. Therefore, the weeds have taken over the yard. Darren explained what his applications would be and proceeded with the process. In my opinion, he did an excellent process and covered my complete lawn. I'm pleased with what I saw and his professionalism.

The technician (Clarence Bank) serviced my lawn on Thursday, 22 August 2019. I am late with this feedback because I have been sick over the last two weeks.
Mr. Banks was very professional and courteous during the visit. He answered all of my questions and provided me with valuable information and guidance to ensure that my lawn’s growth is productive during next growing season.
Mr. Banks took time out of his busy schedule to instruct me on overseeing and planting new Sod in certain areas of my lawn.
The interaction with Mr. Banks was very pleasant and informative.

Specialist Clarence Banks was very friendly and thorough in product application. I would like for him to be our specialist for all future product application.
The tech was very courteous and took the time to discuss with me the aeration and seeding process he was going to do to my yard.
At the conclusion of performing the service he showed me where the reseeding was and gave me instructions on what I needed to do to aide the new seeds to germinate.
