I like my technician. He was here about a week ago - 10/22. Again, I did not know that I was due for a treatment. For the last two services, no one called me in order for me to unlock the gate for the service.
Again, Clarence Banks called me to say that he was outside. Fortunately, I was home each time. Although I am very happy with the way Mr. Banks treats my lawn, I would appreciate it if someone would continue to let me know I am due. I may not be home the next time. My 10 rating is for him. TruGreen could do better.
Also, recently I had a treatment for ants, I will give it another week or two, but I still see ant hills. I may have to get a retreat. I will let you know.
I like the fact that using Trugreen services has made a difference in the look of my lawn. When I first started the service, my yard had so many weeds that it looked like a cabbage patch. Now the weeds are gone.
I also like the guarantee service that if something is not right that they will retreat your yard for free or work to solve the issue.
