I am the President of Cooper Woods and have been trying to get lawn service company to give me a program for all of the owners in Cooper Woods POA. Unlimited Lawn Care offered me a program, which seemed pretty good; so, I convinced 40 homeowners to go with the program. After two months I sent ULC packing due to poor service and communications. I then met with a TruGreen salesperson, and he came back to me with a program starting with a price with 40 homeowners and with every 10 more owners over 40 the price would come down. When we came to an agreement, I learned my rep had tuned in his resignation. Enter Tonya Burnette, who met with me, and we finalized the program. Tonya set me up with Jason Roberts as my contact person, which has worked out beautifully...great communicator and super with the owners in the Collective. The technician, Donny, not only does a great job; but knows a weed or two. We have 76 homes out of 130 (33 are investors) in the program and the properties look fantastic considering what they use to look like. The owners and people who come into our subdivision can't believe how good the landscaping looks, especially the lawns. Only problem is we have some Dallisgrass problems; but JR has put a program together to mitigate the problem. He also has met with some owners about their lawns and put together a one page "End of Summer Care" letter to the homeowners. All in all TruGreen
should be in many of the subdivisions like Cooper Woods and play up the "Official Lawn Care Provider" for the PGA. Foar a 20 year old subdivision, we have Darn Good Curb Appeal thanks to TruGreen.

Mosquito control much more effective the second time around

For one thing, my yard is the best I have ever seen it. They call ahead of time when they are going to come and do a treatment or other job and let me know when they will be here. Then they come when they said they would. I like that.

Service has been good. Formerly, you always called a day or two before the service, but now they just appear. It would be helpful knowing in advance when they will be there so that I can coordinate my mowing and irrigation schedules around their service.

Also, we had a strong downpour just minutes after the mosquito application was made on Wednesday.. Did the rain negate any value of the mosquito application?

Also, the fertilization of the back yard was postponed last week because workers were using Clorox to lean our arbor. I was told someone would come back and finish the back yard. Haven't seen anyone yet.

I like the fact that my TrueGreen team are super friendly and always have a smile…. They are always willing to answer any questions I have as well as give me pointers on things I could be doing better to keep my lawn looking as great and GREEN as it does…. I also love the fact that if I’m not satisfied with something there are no questions they just fix the problem… I can tell you from experience if you want to spend less time taking care of your lawn and more time doing other things like be the envy of your block with the greenest grass!!! then true green are your people… I would highly recommend TrueGreen to anybody who wanted a gorgeous lawn…..
