Tru Green always calls me ahead of time to let me know when they are coming. Also they let me know if I need to do anything prior to their arrival for service on my yard. Most of the time nothing is required on my part. Since I do have a sprinkler system in my yard I have to mark the water heads one a year to protect them when they aerate the yard. Not a very big deal for me. Also after the service I get info on what was done and any recommendations on how I can improve my yard.
The technician seems knowledgeable and detail oriented. I like the detailed comments from the technician.

I had TruGreen in Colorado and decided to keep them when we moved to our retirement home in Georgia. They have been doing a good job as we went from maybe quarter of an acre to about three acres to include many more trees and bushes and so far I’m pleased with their services.
Right now I am good with my services.
On the time service , never have worry about lawn , time to time taking care .
The Trugreen Collective we set up is going great. You can tell what properties are TruGreen and what ones not. We have 85 owners that are in the Collective. This year we are adding aeration to the mix which should enhance the total program. The owners who have left the Collective say it's because they are not happy; but why go and get another company, pay double or triple the price for results that are the same or worse. This year we had five owners join because they see the results of their neighbors in the TruGreen Program and don't want to pay higher prices.
When Donnie comes to service us, he meets with me to review the Collective List and then goes and treats all properties. At the end of the treatment, Donnie meets me and goes over any problem areas (gate locked) and I make notes to follow up on.
JR are in front of any potential problems and or questions, by reviewing each property with suggestions. That's the total program, which I can't believe others don't jump on.
Efficient ... Work is done and I don't have to be home. It works!
Prompt service when it is needed, spraying for different targets and I don't have to try and remember what is due or when it is time to apply! TruGreen is on top of services and I don't have to call and schedule your services! Today's service was applied by DJUAN CONEY and I am pleased with his work. My Service Tech, last 2 years was, THOMAS BROWN and it was always a pleasure to see and speak with him! We became friends easily and his knowledge of his work was excellent! After meeting DJUAN CONEY today I feel he and I will develop a good friendship as well! DJUAN and THOMAS both thoroughly enjoy their jobs and TruGreen is fortunate to have them in their employ!
