They do great work, very knowledgeable about what they do, & each guy that has been out to my house, has been very friendly & helpful. The last guy that was out at my house on 8/5/19, his name is Ben Dearybury & he applied lime fertilizer on my lawn & he did a really great job.
A service tech came out about 3 weeks ago to treat a large growth of broad leaf weeds that have taken over a large part of our front lawn. At that time he indicated that I should give it about 10 days or so for the treatment on those weeds, and that I should see an almost complete elimination of the weed growth.
Well it has been about 3 weeks and the weeds are still there, and it seems like even more than when he treated our lawn.
Can someone please come back out and take a look at the front areas of our lawn, and determine the best action to eliminate those broad leaf type weeds that are taking over our lawn?
Also we treated for brown patch with Heritage G a couple of weeks ago (I also used the same treatment which I did on my own a couple of weeks before TruGreen did there application. We have had the brown patch problem for a couple of years, and this seems to be the second year that we have tried to eliminate that problem. I would like someone to come out and examine the large areas of grass that is dead, and provide me with some type of plan to clean up the damaged areas, and what we can do to get those damaged areas in good shape and have them return to a better looking lawn? I really do not understand why out of almost all of my neighbors, I seem to be the only yard with that problem, and this problem has continued for the past couple of years.
I asked at the beginning of the year, if someone was going to analyze my yard (grass/soil) in order to know if any change to my ph or if any other treatment is required in order to improve my lawn. A couple of years ago, I took a sample to our Clemson department here in Cherokee county, and they analyzed the soil and recommended treatment. I thought that process would be followed up by TruGreen in order to determine what treatments is required in order to be effective in the lawn treatment over the remainder of the year. That did not happen. so I wonder if your techs perform any type of soil analyzing in order to determine your next recommendation of treatment?
Thank you for all the help over these years. Please help me with the damaged areas and we can work together to solve this problem that has been happening over the past few years.

Brenda Payton came out today and she was by far the most helpful person to ever talk to us about our yard.
Steven Parham was a very nice fella. He gave my dog some treats and I thought that was very thoughtful. The only complaint I would have is that he doesn't spell his name correctly. That is all.
I have Palisades Zoysia and irrigate. On a scale of 1 - 10, the visual appearance of my yard has averaged a "5" trying to do this myself, and never above a "7". TruGreen is at a "9+" in just the first season. A great decision!!
Always show up for scheduled visits and my lawn is green and thick with no weeds.

Our lawn specialist Charles McLaurin has done a wonderful job this year. We have not been happy with the way our lawn has looked for the past few years and he has done a great job trying to get it back to where it needs to be. Our lawn has been very weed filled the last several years and we were thinking about changing companies. He is doing his job!!!
That you tell me when you are coming and how far away you are. This helps me when I am home. I also like that you leave a sign that you have been here But on problem I cannot tell otherwise.
