My lawn sure looks better after TruGreen started ... broad grass is gone, along with crabgrass and clover. The lawn could be a little greener, however, I think that has to do more with our HOA’s landscapers cutting it too short, or it could be the very hot temperature.

Brenda Peyton is my shrubs and tree specialist and technician. Brenda is outstanding she is very knowledgeable and has taken excellent care of my shrubs and trees. Neighbors and friends always comment how nice everything looks! Brenda takes the time to give me pointers and information what to do. I have made a big investment in buying shrubs and trees so it is very helpful to keep them in good shape. Brenda is always smiling and friendly and represents your organization well.

She makes us feel like we are a valued customer. Whenever we have issues she always helps us or tells us who we need to talk to so we can fix the problem.
I have used TruGreen for years and have been very happy with the service. This year my lawn looks great. Next to no weeds and overall very green and healthy. My current technician seems to take more pride and is more thorough than some I have had in the past.

The service is done in a timely manner and I don't have to worry about it.
Brenda Payton does a great job with our tree/shrub treatment. She is always thorough and answers questions about all aspects of our yard.
We know when to expect service. Overall, quality of service is good. Interaction with technicians (Brenda Payton) and local Greenville branch office is good. Brenda is available whenever I need her. They have come back (free of charge) when needed to do additional tree and shrub service as well as other services. They stand behind their work.
Your service people are always polite and friendly, when I get to see them. Gate is closed when they leave and if I didn't get the paper from them I would not have known they were there. I would suggest that your printer print a more legible receipt, very hard to read.
I have a large number of a certain type weed I am unable to identify (but have pictures I can share) that won't go away. When I initially signed up I was told it would take a year or two to clear but halfway through year two I've seen little progress. Is there anything additional that can be sprayed to get rid of these? Again I can provide pictures.
I was impressed by Brenda telling me about my roses being diseased.
