Well I have only had three applications so far but the technician was very helpful every application
Our front & 1 side yard looked great last summer, 1 side in the shade and back yard were fair. We have a drainage problem in the back yard and several bare spots where more grass is not growing. More attention to these areas would benefit these areas.
The current tech, Timothy Albertie, is doing a good job of spraying for the weeds we have especially in our back yard and leaving us good, detailed notes as to what we should do to what we can do to help the yard look its' best.

Actually just had first treatment today, 03/07/2023; will reserve comments for a little longer. I will say I liked the courtesy of my specialist, THOMAS MAHAFFEY.
Today, 3/7/23 , Jacob came to the door prior to starting the treatment on my lawn and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was very impressed with his friendliness as the prior representatives did not come to the door until the service was completed and then just to leave the service summary.
I recommend this to be standard procedure for all representatives when the customer is home.
My husband observed Jacob applying the treatment and that he did a thorough job of covering the lawn area and making sure the coverage was good. It did no seem that he was going to a fire and had three minutes to get the job done.

Service specialist, Willie W, is the best so far. He has taken especially good care to discuss with me and point out things I can do to get all the maximum benefits from your services. Since he started coming I can see a richer, greener, more impressive lawn as I had hoped for. He has given special attention to my weed problems and the concerns I had are being addressed. Like cutting height, watering options between visits, and weed control. In addition, he is very customer focused and positive about being able to deliver the results I'm looking for. So far, so good.
Kate and Madison were here to treat my trees and shrubs. They seemed to do a very thorough job.
