I was very pleased with the performance of the TruGreen technician Jake Edge, who provided my last service. This was the third service of the year, and I thought my grass would be greener based on the first two services. So I hope after this last service my lawn will be greener. Last year the grass never seemed to get as green as I thought it should even though I had TruGreen perform the full series of lawn services.

Your national web site has been a disaster from the beginning of my service with you. Today, I was redirected, by telephone, after multiple complaints through your web site, regarding the inadequate information regarding my services. Today I found out that the Customer #, which was given to me on line, at the initiation of my service, was incorrect and never corrected on this portal.
Today, your corporate customer service and I discovered why my services did not exist and you have been unresponsive to my many communications through this portal. Yesterday I changed my credit card information and was assured it was accepted. This morning I was noticed that my credit card was declined. So I called, rather than trust your national portal.
As to my local service by TruGreen: I have the most professional, pleasant and sincere group of Specialist working on my lawn, that any individual could ask for. I am most pleased with the products and outcomes to date. I am over 80 years of age, with a recent heart attack and I needed help. I like knowing I can trust the specialist from TruGreen.

Lewis Davis treated our lawn today. He was polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and treated rye grass to help eliminate it from our lawn.
