Matthew McGuire, Lawn Care Specialist, was extremely helpful. He is not only very knowledgeable, he was also most polite and respectful. I have been having some fungus issues with new sod that was put down late last summer and Matthew recommended a fungicide treatment for this spring. Before he left, he took the time to call Matt Holmes, sales rep, and told him of the need for the additional service. I hope Mathew McGuire will continue to be the one to treat my lawn per the schedule.
Matt Holes called my back in a very short period of time and showed up at my house within 45 minutes to get the fungicide treatment approved and in the works. Matt too is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is a pleasure to deal with.
I appreciate that I don't have to worry about anything to do with my lawn/shrub care and that I can leave it to your lawn specialists to take care of. If I have any issues all I have to do is make a call to your office and it is immediately taken care of.

She took time to provide additional information on what to look for as far as diseases on shrubs and seemed to be genuinely interested in doing what is best for our trees and shrubs.
