Walter explained what he would be doing. He was friendly and gave a good overview of today's service. I could see him servicing the lawn as I had my lunch. He was very thorough.

This was Nathaniel's first time servicing my yard. We spoke and he asked if I had any questions. I asked him to make sure he treated a small strip along the sidewalk that some reps forget about. He treated it immeditatly.
