I was very mad this morning because I happen to pre-pay every year, but some reason the single treatment payment was processed with my credit card on file with Tru-green this month. Called the CSR and KYLE from True green from billing dept. answered the call. He calmly explained to me the process about the payment, and he also worked with me on pre-paying for the whole yr. After his explanations and assistance, I have renewed again with Tru-green. I strongly recommend this company to other people, for not only their excellent lawn care process on my lawn, but going beyond and above on their customer service toward their customers.

Having the courtesy of leaving a note on my door to let me know what application was done to my lawn. Also customer service representatives very attentive and professional.
only serviced me one time. No problems yet, but I have yet to receive a bill. I pay online bill pay through my bank, so I need an address for that.
I am alway notified when they are coming and what they will be doing.
Your services are prompt and efficient. I get a call the day before he arrives, and he always arrives in good time. He places the receipt in my door so I can see what has been done.

Dave Nauman was here today, and after speaking with him and Dave seeing that I had knee surgery recently (and cannot get around well yet). Dave was nice enough to bring my garbage can up from the street since he knew I could not. I did not ask him to do this, he did it on his own, and I really appreciate someone considerate enough to do that for me. It’s nice to know some people will still take a minute or so to help a complete stranger. I thanked him, but what he did was going above and beyond his job.
We have had a very good customer service experience with our TruGreen company. The service techs do a good job and we like the way we are consistently updated about what service is being performed and who and when we can expect the tech to arrive. The one time we had to call about an issue, the office personnel were polite and helpful and the issue was handled quickly and to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to recommend our TruGreen company to family or friends.

Green grass and lack of weeds
Yesterday evening, Kevin Smith came to treat my lawn while I was working in the front yard. Kevin introduced himself and we had a wonderful conversation about what he was going to apply today. Kevin was polite, professional, knowledgeable and demonstrated that he was going to take good care of my lawn. I felt that he meant what he said, so I would like to ask if Kevin can continue to service my lawn. I would greatly appreciate it if you would continue to let Kevin service my lawn.
